Boarding at the Equestrian Facility is available exclusively to residents of the Will Rogers Equestrian Ranch Homeowners Association. View Homes for Sale

Boarding covers daily stall cleaning and feeding, shavings, access to tack room storage, and automatic waterers for the horses.

Residents have 24/7 access to the facility. Arena lights are available for use until 10 PM. Facility tours are available for prospective homebuyers upon request.

Stabled horses are added to your monthly HOA dues. 

The Facility provides daily feedings of either Teff or Alfalfa flakes.

• Teff: Low in sugar and high in fiber.
• Alfalfa: Rich in nutrients, especially protein and calcium.

We source our hay locally from farmers in Stanfield and Eloy.

The association does not provide these services directly. However, the Facility Manager may arrange them for an additional fee, or you can choose to use your own third-party providers.

Yes, the facility requires all boarded horses to be up-to-date on their vaccinations and deworming schedules to ensure the health and safety of all animals on the property.

Mules and donkeys are permitted at the facility.

Stallions are not permitted at the facility.

The Will Rogers Equestrian Ranch is committed to maintaining an effective pest and weed control program. We utilize Dynatraps to minimize mosquitoes and other insects, and a Fly Misting system to provide optimal care for your horses.

In collaboration with our landscaping vendor, we implement specialized weed management practices around equine areas. Our pest management partner ensures safe and thorough pest removal. Additionally, we regularly remove and dispose of manure to help keep the environment clean and healthy.

Yes, but all vendors are required to complete a guest release and hold harmless agreement before working with the horses.

Yes, owners may personalize their stalls with additions like misting systems, shade sails, or feeder nets, with approval from the Facility Manager.

We also offer a Wi-Fi network for use with cameras or other smart equestrian devices.

The Queen Creek Wash Trail is approximately six miles. Our property has a private access gate directly to the trail.
